Belgium Startup Trip

On the website of AFT on the Belgium Startup Trip page is a link to the application form. This form consists of several questions to get to know you better and to assess your motivation. The registrations will close on October 15 at 12 p.m., so make sure you don’t miss this deadline!

The trip begins Tuesday morning (29/10) in Leuven. You only need to arrange transportation to our starting location in Leuven; after that, all transportation will be organized by AFT.

Throughout the trip, we’ll journey through the vibrant startup ecosystems of Leuven and Ghent. This includes visits to promising startups, accelerators, and encounters with successful entrepreneurs, and more!

The Belgium Startup Trip is open to all students enrolled in a Belgian educational institution, including PhD students.

This provides an excellent opportunity to connect with a diverse array of fascinating individuals and innovative businesses. If you’re eager to expand your network and dive into the world of startups, don’t hesitate to apply!

Every year, we strive to keep the costs as low as possible. The price for the 2024 edition is set at €50. This price includes the train from Leuven to Ghent and a hotel for the second night (in Ghent). No overnight stay is provided for the first night (in Leuven).
